Privacy Policy: glowbot

glowbot is an internal tool used by Glow Group to keep creator campaign schedules up to date. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses. With permission from a Glow Group account holder, glowbot can see the list of Google Calendars that account can access, and can create, update and delete events on those calendars.

How it is used. glowbot only adds, moves or removes calendar events for Glow Group campaign dates (for example “Draft due” or “Upload date”). It does not read, copy or store the contents of any other events.

Sharing. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. glowbot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
